Pride Month at Weil, Gotshal & Manges: The Conversations That Matter Most

I had the pleasure of speaking in Frankfurt at an event hosted by Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP as part of Pride Month. What made the evening particularly special was not the setting or the agenda. It was the quality of the conversation.

Over the years, I have learned that the most meaningful discussions about inclusion are rarely about policies or programmes. They are about people. About whether individuals feel comfortable being themselves. About whether organisations create environments where different perspectives are welcomed. And about whether leaders are willing to set the tone through their own actions.

One of the great privileges of sharing my story is seeing how many people connect with it in their own way. The details may differ, but the themes are often universal: belonging, authenticity, courage and acceptance.

I was humbled by the feedback from the audience, including one comment that described the session as:

"A truly excellent and memorable talk, authentic, purposeful and very inspiring."

Thank you to the team at Weil for the invitation and for creating such a thoughtful event to kick off Pride Month.

Conversations like these continue to matter.
